Thanks for the help. I finally got my fake turbo noise maker installed. Here are the pics!
Actually its a fake 'fake turbo noise maker'. I just installed this little 1.5 and it scoots. I just need to work on that IC. I'm thinking of enclosing sides of the IC that area and CO2ing it or just misting it.
