What size fuse does everyone use on their fuel pumps? The reason Im asking is because the other day I noticed that the 25A fuse is getting really hot and 25A is ALOT of current. Actually it melted the fuse and the wires are very hot. I was thinking of using a 15A fuse then seeing if it blew that out then I would go from there. I guess I need to use ohm's law to see exactly how much current that pump is pulling.

those pumps pull about 13 amps when they're working there hardest. I've seen cases where there was something restricting the intake of the pump and this was making the pump pull more power and even overheat.
