offset and size of lip any corrolation
im am thinking of buying some new rims and they have a polished lip. I was under the impression that the lower the offset (say +32) will the lip be bigger then on a (say +45) offset. i would post this in the apperance forum but there are stuiped people over there
There's more to it technically than that, but yes, in a general sense, the lip does relate to the offset so the lower the offset, the fatter the lip. That's why on the some of the RWD cars that run +1 and +3 offsets, they have huge lip. +32 on an FF Honda is pretty crazy though, might run into some clearance and driveability problems depending on the size of the wheel. I knew a guy who ran +27 old school 15" SSR Formula Mesh on his CRX without much problems and another guy who ran 16" Gab Sports in a +32 offset on his Integra without issues. What wheel are you talking about?
well that i will keep secret never seen any one with um and im in love will have pics up when i get up there not old school either but there fuckn tight IMO
