Default neuspeed race

ive had my 89 crx lowered on neuspeed race with koni yellows for about 7 months... the rear passenger side sits about 1/4" higher than the rear driver side... has anyone else had this problem with neuspeed springs, or any brand of springs for that matter... im thinking about switching springs... most likely progress... its not really that noticeable, but i know it exists and i cant stand it anymore... im very pleased with these springs other than this problem... any feedback is appreciated

I have the same springs, my car is pretty even. All production cars are allowed variences in parts meaning that not every car or part will have the exact same specs. Cars are made in HUGE quantities & unfortunately manufacturing is not perfect. I would guess that the other componenets in the chasis/suspension may have led to this. unless you have two of the springs in the wrong place

I have similar issues with my Neuspeed sports, although it's more like mine is uneven in both front and rear, and it also tends to sit pretty high in the rear compared to most other CRX's I've seen with the same drop. Skunk2 here I come!

You may have already checked it but I know when I swapped my springs, one spring wasn't seated all the way on the strut like the others, causing it to sit a tiny bit higher.

Are the springs the same height when you put them side by side? Could something like a control arm or trailing arm be bent causing that side to be a little higher? It could have been like that before you put the new springs on and now you just notice it b/c you're looking for it. Crx's sit pretty high stock. It may be hard to notice a 1/4" at stock height. Or maybe the spring just sags a little.

my Eibach sportlines are riding a little high on the rear passenger side too. There is also a clunking noise going over bumps from the same area. Anybody know whats up?

If you go with skunk2 go with the integra kit, because these are as stiff if not stiffer than the neuspeed race. I had the neuspeed race, and when i put in Skunk2 civic kit, it was softer, and had more body roll. I went with skunk 2's cause gc's are not as stiff, and I a lot of reviews I read about them, said there was a squeaking noise all the time.

cut them .. neuspeeds have alot of dead coils so you can chop alot and still have a good ride.

I was talking about the gc civic kit, but if you can get them at any rate you want then I'd say go for the gc's cause they have a lifetime warrannty. Skunk2 don't have any warranty whatsoever.
