Help loud grinding noise!

Can someone help me, i was driving home today and suddenly i start hearing this loud grinding noise coming from my wheels. Everytime the fronts spin, i hear a loud metal on metal grinding noise. please help.

sounds like the brake pad warning thing. its to let u know the brake pads are getting low

yea, it sounds like your brake pads r worned and its hittin the metal thing that warns u wen ur brake pads r gone.

thanks for the suggestions guys, but it turns out that the backing plate (don't know the exact name) behind the brake disc somehow bent and was rubbing against it. simple sollution...bent it back. thanks guys.
