Install Reparit vacuum hose Routing
Check/Repair Hight HC Emissions
Check/Repair High CO Emissions
Check/Repair High NOx Emissions
Install Oem Intake System for 95 B16a3 or use CARB Approved

Set Timing to factory Specifications

15 MPH 2170 Max: 93 MEAS=205
25 MPH 2482 Max: 59 MEAS=79

Just go to a different ref station and hopefully get around some of those **** you have to fix.

I cant believe he told u to get the del sol tranny too. That sounds like complete bullshit to me.

Perhaps, but by the time that happens our cars will get classic status and we won't need to take our cars to emissions

 

haha.. and if you live in an "Agricultural Area" you don't even have to take emissions checks! I can run no cat year round, throw on whatever I like, and kill wildife with all my pollutants whenever I want!

it's not bad to live in Cali (Los Angeles) w/ smog laws , as long as you know someone that will pass your car for $150 w/ you not even having to take your car. Works for me!!!

Which MAP sensor and purge valve are you using? Are you trying to rig the original CRX stuff? If so, this could be your problem. Just extend the wire to the pruge valve (mounted on the intake manifold). And for the MAP sensor, you can extend the wires as well. Or if you are lucky, they will reach. It is quite likely that this is causing excessive emissions.

 

At least we can have shift ***** without numbers unlike CT

The Purge Valve I am using is the STD Purge Valve the one that came with the car. The Map Sensor I am using is from a LS

Also this is a JDM Motor

 

What if you take your car when it is stock to the ref then do a swap?

You could do that but what happens when u get pulled over again? I think u are kinda missing the point here. When u do a swap you would want it to be inspected and certified because here in kali, when its not, it causes legal problems. So for example, if u get pulled over with a B16 in your 89 hatch and it is in fact a legal swap (because u took it to the ref and he said OK) then the cop who pops ur hood cant say **** about it (unless u have an illegal intake or header on it).
