how do i get pinstriping off EASILY?
i have a g2 teg. it has this pinstriping on the side and is by no means new. i am haveing trouble taking it off. i have used label sticker remover. i have not used goo gone yet. any tips/hints to take this off easily. remember. it has probably been on there for years.
There are two options....
You Use a liquid-based oil.. called SPEEDY 500.. its made by KENT..
Or you can just use a power drill with this round all-rubber attachment.. I think its made by 3m... you just grind the rubber with the side of the attachment.. and it sands it away without harming the clear coat..
P.S - to be safe... let some Speedy sit on the stripe for a few minutes.. whipe it clean.. than use the power drill.

i have done this before, i used the wax with finger nail, finger nails start to get hurt when you finish the one side, but it won't hurt your paint at all. i meant that's how i did and my ride looks clean as heck.
make sure you wash the ride before you do the job though. otherwise the dust and what not will rub against your finger nail and paint, which might cause scratch on the panel.

Go to a local bodyshop and ask to buy a can of em.. im sure they wouldnt mind..
P.S - DONT EVER USE RAZOR BLADES.. unless you have Open heart surgery style hand control.. its too risky..

I did mine in the middle of winter... used a blow dryer, goo gone, and my finger... came out great... just couldnt feel my finger for awhile.... in the summer, its so much easier.

its really not that bad, just take the blade at an extreme angle, I wouldn't do it if you have a super duper paint job but I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much, I'd rather use the blade then my nails
