Default usdm b16a pistons!?

need some opinion on these pistons...heard that they were a good choice for high comp....i'm planing to get some pistons for my b18b motor (all motor non-vtec).....so throw me some thoughts on these pistons....how much do they usaully run for anyways? will they fit ls rods? will they be to big for the ls block? what's their comp ratio in a ls motor? would it be better if i went with the civic type-r pistons?

if you find b16 pistons used you shouldnt pay a lot
and they do fit (minor mods) your LS engine just raising your compresion

but what the heck go for CTR's

Yoyu could use b16a or b16b pistons. either will bump compression and give you a healthy bump in power. Make sure you get stock bore if you dont plan to OB the block. Do a search

This works well in the GSR too right? You shouldn't pay much at all for the pistons. Just make sure they are in really good shape. Find someone who is building there B16A block and offer them 50 bucks for them.

I used them in my Poor Man's Type Arr, work well. 11.1:1 CR, 182hp and 132 torque with GSR cams and mild port work
