Default fluid flush for engine swap

Putting in a DOHC ZC in my ef, but was wondering if anyone had any tips/tricks on flushing all the fluids before installing. I'll be changing all gaskets etc, but not building the motor at all.

any thoughts???

When I put in a junkyard engine,I pulled of the valve cover and the oil pan
and used several cans of carb cleaner and brake cleaner to flush it out..
If it is very bad;most of the sludge will be in the oil pan.
