I've been considering the idea of getting an rsx as my next car, but i have a question concerning insurance. I've heard and read that insurance on the rsx is outrageous no matter how good your driving record or how old you are. Is this true?

 

I pay $1300 every 6 months, full coverage.

20 years old, perfect record.

My car is $10 more per month than my 95 Integra 4dr auto.

 

it all ranges on where you live. My friend just bought a G35 coupe and he got two esitmates. One for his home in NYC and one for his home in jersey. He is turning 28 in couple of weeks. The insurance for NYC was about 5k a year. the insurance in jersey is 3k. He has no points and has taken defensive driving course. all depends.

 

My insurance agent gave me a quote for a Type S and it was only like $2.00 more than my 01 GSR.

 

Mine is $490 evry 6 months state farm and have full coverage with $250 deductibles

 

wth.. Mine is CA$5600 per year!!!!
