so i am running a p28 ecu. i got a skunk2 racing chip put in and it didnt work. every thing was just the way it was before. so, thinking it might have been chipped wrong, i puchased another arlready chipped p28 from a reliable honda-tech member. now that ecu is just the same as the normal p28 and it also has a chip. there is no check engine light and no other problems except for my vtec and red line are still the same. i have also had my distributer repinned form obd2 to obd1, if that matters at all. but i am puzzeled so if someone could enlighten me that would be great, thanks.

 

so what is the problem?? it might be the dist.
