Sometimes I hear popping noises from my sub. Not sure whats wrong.

 

Is it at full X max? is it during a Bass beat? popping like sparks or like plastic creasing?

I heard like a rattle (kind of) when ever the sub would move alot (old sub) and I cut open the dust cap to find a nut being bounced around, could it be something in the sub vibrating?

 

Its not during a bass beat but it usually pops when I let off the gas pedal. I think it the amp but I'm not sure.

 

Are you connections tight to the amp? Maybe you are losing power and getting turn on/off pop.

 

hey, i have that turn off pop. is there anyway to make it go away. everytime i turn off my car without turning off my radio they also pop??
