Default CAI for 91 Crx with h series?????

Not sure what CAI to go with for the h monster in my Crx. I thought of running a short ram...but I might as well just get a cold air, so that I can two piece it and fabricate a funnel ram on track day.

ANyone know or have put a specified cai that fits on thier crx/h22?

Why not build your own out of mandrel bent exhaust tubing? I did. Cheaper and guaranteed to fit!

What type materials should I use....I think it would be simpler to buy one.....a direct fit for my cwazy swap.

Well, I bought a mandrel bent U pipe from a local speed shop, went to home depot and bought some PVC clamps (don't know if they sell 3 inch though) and fabbed it all up. You're going to have to relocate your battery if you want to run 3". I'm running 2.5 inch and it fits beside the battery perfectly...

Sorry for the bad quality

Looks cool and all...but I dont have as much space in my Crx that that.....I got the battery relocated.. The h22 takes up a little more space than that b series.... looks great though

Have you put the hood on yet? Will there be any clearance issues? Just mild curiousity.

Believe it or not..the Place Racing mount kits I used allowed the motor to be set in such a way as to not be too low..but not too high either. The stock Crx hood actually closes!!!!!!! I was totally shocked. I hits just barely at the top right corner of the valve cover.....so I will run the stock hood till I can afford the Fiber Images SiR style to fit my usdm hoodline.
