Default whyyy?

okay i put a sohc zc into my std hatchback, it runs, but if you rev it high it craps out around 3k, we got the wiring changed over professionally, and the computer is fully functional, code 3 4 and 13 are still running, map sensor, cyl position sensor, and atmospheric sensor

fix the codes. who "professionaly" did the wiring? Chances are the wiring is what is causing teh CEL codes & the crappy performance.

Dude your in limp mode. Once you fix the codes you should be able to rev past 3k. Good Luck. If you fix code 3 and 4 you should be able to drive it and rev it to limiter.

cyl position sensor - Isn't that the one that you are SUPPOSED to swap the 2 wires around on? From what I have heard, that makes the car not rev past 3k.

the cylandir position sensor is teh 2 wires from the harness to the front of the valve cover area. the tps sensor will definately hurt performance- i had that code until my sensor was at the correct angle. good luck- i bet it's in the wiring. I was throwing 4 codes until i had my dizzy wiring right & then they went away.
