5 lug + EG + DC2 MC&BB + DA PV = Problems @ 1 A.M.
It started off fairly good at 6:30 P.M. whenever he pulled into my garage and we began the laborious process of the 5 lug conversion. We printed directions from http://www.jdmfan.com even though I had a general idea what I was doing from prior experience. It went very smoothly with the front and rear stock suspension/brake system coming off within 1 hr. Then we took an hour brake and came back and had the CTR 5 lug on within another hr.
9:30 P.M. comes along and now we started on the master cylinder and brake booster. Having known that we needed to bend and modify the line and put the Integra flare nut on, we carefully bent the pipe and cut it short enough to fit on the MC. We had the lines to the MC bolted up after 2 hours of getting the stock booster off and getting the DC2 one on. Then it was time for the proportioning valve from the 93 Integra. It came off pretty easy but took a while to get back on. I had it all tightened down and realized the bracket for it wouldn't fit on the firewall, so I unbolted the whole thing and tried to remove the bracket. To my suprise, I didn't have the starkey with the hollow center needed to remove the screws holding it in place
. So I got my air cutting tool and tried to cut slits into it in order to use a flathead screwdriver. After about 30 min of trying, we figured out we couldn't remove those screws and just went ahead and used the bracket that was on the PP and just use 1 bolt to hold it in place. So at about 1 A.M. we had all the lines hooked up and flared the one line that went into the MC and began to bleed the brakes. So, I start off with the driver side front and yeild nothing but air. Then to the passanger front and nothing but air. Passanger and driver rear.....nothing.
Then we got tired and went to Bennigans. Ate for an hour, went to Walmart, then back home at like 3ish. At this time we noticed 2 puddles of brake fluid and began to investigate after planning our next move at Bennigans. Our friend only tighten the top 3 flare nuts that went to the PP and hand tightened the bottom 3. And the modified flare nut that went into the MC was leaking. I then took off the one into the MC and re-flared it and tightened it back in. Then had to retighten the bottom 3 to the PP.
Now time for another test and we yielded no leaks and thought it was time to bleed the brakes. Driver front was a sucess. Then off to passanger front which had nothing but air. Passanger side had lots of air bubbles, but after a while we had clean fluid. Then driver sided rear had nothing but air.
I then gave up and took a shower which now leads me to the computer and Honda-Tech for help. My friend just told me to bleed it pass front, driver rear, pass rear, and driver front. I still have no clue what to do. ANY help is appreciated guys.
TIA

The only calipers that are getting fluid are the driver front and passanger rear. I'll try to rebleed the other brakes a few more times and hopefully that will help.
Your suppose to start bleeding brakes at the caliper farthest from the MC. Bleeding from this order:
(rear of car)
_____
1 2
3 4
-------
(front of car)
As for the proportioning valve, you didn't have to change it at all, you could stick with the EG PV. There's really no noticeable difference between a civic w/half drums/half disc brakes & an integra PV (all disc brakes).
Have you made sure all the brake line nuts are tightend down accordingly and are not finger-loose?
Where was brake fluid leaking from originally? from the caliper or the MC brake line area ?
