Default Your thoughs on aluminum valvespring retainers......

Should I swap them out for titanium ones or even stock??? This engine will see a moderatelly large amount of boost (20+psi) as well as 9k+ rpms..... I have seen pictures of pretty fawked up titanium retainers from normal or maybe not so normal wear, common knowledge tells me that aluminum is quite a bit softer than titanium so I am a bit worried. Just looking for any expaerience or knowledge on the subject. Thanks,

-Ryan

Id never trust them for a street driven car. IMO, some parts were ever meant to be made out of aluminum. Id put them on the same level as aluminum rods, ie: track only with frequent rebuilds.
