You'll have to make your own upper brackets and relocate the bottom brackets that support the radiator. I hacked mine off, relocated, then bolted them back in. Some people weld them in place.

Quite a few people run this radiator, but it's not absolutely necessary.
I have a b18c1 with a stock Civic radiator and I stay below the mid-point.

You can fit an Integra Dual Radiator no Problem. First off, there are two legs at the bottom of the stock radiator. Take a chisel to it and take them both off. Then put the Teg Radiator in there, align it, and measure where the 2 legs go for the teg radiator. From that point, just bolt the legs where you marked them, now you have the base for the radiator. Put the Radiator in, and mark off where to put the upper mounts (you'll need 2, stock Civic only needs one), and custom bolt them in. You may need to bend the upper mounts a little, but it'll work no problem.
I did the teg radiator because I got a Type R, and am gonna race it, so cooling is a big issue. AC fits fine ( WILL NOT go without AC living in CA, lol), and I even have the dual fans and a DC 4-1 Header. It's a little cramp, but that's the way I like it.
This IS NOT Rocket Science, you can do it pretty easy.
