i am replacing the cd player in a 99 civic ex. i need help getting the old cd player out. i cant get the old one out. how do i get it out.

 

you'll have to take the whole climate control thing off to get to where you can unscrew the cd player.....but before this you'll have to take the lower dash cover off.....it's really easy...you need a phillips screw driver for the dash panels and for the climate control thing i think i used a 10mm or 12mm to break the screw/nut headed ones loose.....

 

2 sckews behind the glove box holding center console in.. 2 sckews underneath it.. remove drivers side kick panel (plastic piece) 3 sckews for this.. then 2 more sckews holding the drivers side of the center console in.. then there will 2 8mm sckews underneath the radio that hold it to the dash board.. remove the 2 8mm and pull on the whole climate contol thingy.. figure out the rest.. its not hard..
