how low is ur car? and do you ever scrape on anything, and if so, how many times a day and on what?

reason i went with lowering only .75 inch or so is so i dont scrape anything. it would bug me sooo much if it scraped more than once a day. i dont know why people would lower there car more on a daily driver. track car you trailor sure, but not for something you drive all the time...

 

on my old 94 integra i had skunk2s lowered all the way down , scraped everything in my path . after awhile you get use to it , i woudnt even slow down for speed bumps anymore , jus keep on goin

everytime I scrape my ITR lip it breaks my heart.
forgot to add, got tein HA's...can't really tell how much of a drop it is.

 

Scrape the front plastic every once in awhile. But its nothing too serious as long as i dont hit the lip.

Got a 92 gsr with H&R race springs with Koni yellows(front on the lowest, rear in mid)...rides beautiful except tires SUCK.

 

I'm lowered about 3".... the only things I really scrape is my front bumper occasionally if I'm coming out of a driveway onto a street or something where there's a sizable dip (I don't have a lip or anything)... also my factory B-pipe resonator is hanging lower than it's supposed to (about 2.5-3" clearance above the ground) and it will scrape on some speedbumps, and if the road goes up and then down, like at the top of a ramp or something.... my car HATES parking garage ramps.

 

my car is lowered about 2.50-2.75 and i occasionaly scrape coming down the drive way when i am sleepy in the morning... it wakes me up quick!

 

2 inches on ground controls, I haven't scraped on much of anything, mainly my cat on taller speed bumps.

 

lowered about 2 inches on gc's. I've smacked my dc header many times. Damn thing hangs to low!!

 

Lowering stock torsion-bars in the front 3 inches is not a good thing.
It bottoms out over the smallest bumps. I can't believe nothing has broken yet

 

I'm dropped 2" and I almost never scrape. I angle up steep driveways and (almost) always make it okay. Occasionally I scrape the underside of the front bumper but it has never done any damage.

yep, that happens to me too

 

Lowered on skunk 2's about 2", I don't scrape, but rub when I turn since i'm on 17" rims.

 

my tire touches the inside of my wheel well at times

 

when I had my 15's, I scraped my Mugen lip all the time. Now my car isn't as low so I rarely scrape plus I'm a skillful driver when it comes to driveways and speed bumps

 

daman you guys are terrible drivers jk...im lowered 3inches and i dont scrape often...only when i go through ramps and ****..

 

I don't scrape much at all but I bottom out a lot

 

steep inclined driveways are the worst

yep vx wheels, with about a 3.5 inch drop, one time my car got stuck trying to get out of a parking lot, it was sorta like a hill, the whole front dend was basically on the ground, and the car would not move no matter how much gas i gave it

 

4" drop on a sedan, i scrape a lot but so far no damage

 

3" drop and i rarely scrape or bottom out. just gotta be careful what streets NOT to go down at certain speeds.
