trying to remove the tar deadening **** out of my 93 EG rear and want to know where i can get dry ice and how much it will cost fot the amount i will need. THANX>HUBB

the local kroger here sells dry ice... try winn dixie or something along those lines.

just buy some, if its not enough buy more. .. if its too much, have fun with it you can do cool stuff with dry ice

 

try your local publix i believe i paid 1.39 a bag and i bought 3 bags just to be safe

When i bought dry ice to remove my sound deadening tar... it costed me $1 per pound, I bought 30lbs. b/c I did it in the afternoon in 70+ degree temp. so the ice melted quite quickly. I recommend you wait to do this at night so the ice will last longer.

 

wear some really thick gloves(you said you were slow right?)and crush it up and spread it out let it sit for a while and chip it off.try you local liquor store for the dry ice
