Ls crank vs. GSR crank
Would an LS crank in a GSR block increase stroke and displacement? The b18a is like 1830 cc i htink and the GSR 1798. Thats almost half a liter, is it worth it?
yes it does increase displacement. from 1797 stock bore gsr. to 1834 i beleive stock bore ls. you would need the crank and rods from ls to do so. if you want to do that. try this aproach.. ls crank, ls rods, arp rod bolts, and itr pistons i can get them in .40 over that will add even more displacement. then the standard or .20 over you get from the dealer. i have done quite a few with great success.. thats setup is likely to run very strong in your street car. good luck. any questions pm me or call the shop. later

haha. i got the opposite of that. a gsr crank in an ls block. the gsr crank makes power about 500 to 1000 rpm higher than an ls crank. but its up to u. MHR does really good work
