I just got the spoon and the spoon swan symbol decals to put below my mirrors and I was wondering if the swan goes in front of the "S" on both sides (right and left), or does the swan follow the "n" on the right side? thanks

will riced-out cars finally rev on me?

It might matter if it was your car. Try to boost your post count somewhere else, you are a little new to be busting on other people. Anyways I have a picture of a car with them on, let me see.. it was in a magazine. I'll let you know if I can find it.

 

I think they go in the trash can. I just called Mr. Spoon.

But uh... I usually just see the SPOON under the mirrors, not the logo, that's usually on the back bumper or something...

I think it's funny how people judge a person by their post count on this board. You can't really judge if a person has useful knowledge or good taste by their number of posts. True, most people with thousands of posts have been here long enough to know a lot about honda's just by reading the info in all the posts they've responded to, and most people who are newbs are dumb as hell and annoy the **** out of the rest of us. This is by no means an fail proof indicator though, people with loads of posts are sometimes wrong, they sometimes say things without thinking. Sometimes newbs actually know what they're talking about.


What makes me think that this guy shouldn't have the spoon logo on his car is the following:

He asked.


IMO the only 2 reasons to put a sticker of a company on your car are to either honor them because they are a great company and deserve the exposure or to fulfill a sponsorship contract.
If he asked that means that he doesn't know enough about spoon and spoon's racing reputation enough to honor them with a spoon sticker. And if he's being sponsored by spoon he should damn well know where to put them.

Just to let those of you who acted like dicks know that I am going to be racing with Opak Racing as part of a group that has spoon parts. Opak Racing is the place that just had the spoon rsx on the cover of HCI and they have an article in super street. The spoon decals are going to be the only decals on my car. Oh, and just because I don't know the order that they go in doesn't mean that I don't know anything about spoon, moron. Thanks

 

the swan logo goes right after the fender on both sides. so on the driver side the swan would be before the S and on the passenger side the swan would be before the N.

 

ricer if you only have spoon stickers with no spoon products.....

wow, lucky you not only do you get to race with the spoon importer...but also one of the largest OBX distributors...tell me you're gonna rock those stickers too.

and yes, the swan goes closest to the front fender on both sides...hopefully your obx buddies knew that though

 

i never found a spoon product that was functional enough to put on my car... except a rad cap, but that has been replaced with the c&r.

i do have a vis replica of the spoon lip, saved 400$ over the authentic

lets think about this chad.

genuine spoon stickers are made by spoon, or made by a company specifically for spoon. so if you were to put a spoon sticker on your car, you would automatically have a spoon part (the sticker).

$250, i remeber the flames that kid1320 used to get because he paid $650 for an authentic spoon lip for the ek, if it is only 400$ for the 92-95 then i stand corrected.

WOW $650 yea that is a rip off..i think i got quoted $400..but thats probably cause i was buying tons of stuff at that time
