I tried to get a hold of them through email and by the phone and no answers. I am trying to get some turbo parts but thier answering machine is always says memory full. Are they still in bussiness? I left messages before and no answer at all. What up with this? Anyone know how can I get a hold of them? Thanks in advance.

Not nocking these guys, never did business with them. But I 've done enough business with tuner shops to feel the pain!!

Try a place like cheapturbo.com or something. You'll get more help.

The most shittiest part about a tuner shop is you have them build your motor, you buy everything from them for over two years, then they dissappear from earth!!

Now where do ya go???

Answer is LEARN TO DO IT YOURSELF. THAT WAY YOU CAN ONLY BLAME YOURSELF!!

 

If you saw how their shop looked like, you would laugh. For gods sake the shop had broken windows and instead of a lock on the door they had guard dogs running around shitting on the products. My friend tried to go over there and purchase a wg dumptube and they told him they didnt' sell parts like that, when it clearly says on their website that they did.

I've been trying to contact them for a week as well with no luck. They seemed to have good feedback before too. Oh well they just lost a customer in me as well as 10 other potential customers I'm statistically expected to share my experience with

 

i had a hell of an experience with thme , i will never buy from thme again . they are retards , dont knwo **** if you ask me .

How come they still in here in honda tech and their no good, they should get rid of their advertisement here that way all members will not suffer this terrible experience from them. As a matter of fact, I ordered a CNR radiator for a 92 - 95 civic and sent me the wrong radiator, they sent the 96 and up and told that it should work. Now I'm trying to contact them that it won't work but no such luck. What do you guys think with my problem, what should I do?? I can't use the piece of ****...

Lagged, incommunicative, was told (via online applet) that my stuff was shipped when the next guy after me (Speed_PHreak) was told it was backordered - and sure enough mine wasn't shipped but backordered. I got the general impression they were a bit disorganized.

It's a tuner shop, as someone else has pointed out. I didn't expect anything but that experience. I got what I ordered. Period.

I got mine on the 1st call from them and they shipped it the same day. UPS sent it back to them and I called them and got them again on the 1st call. They seem alright to me, but maybe I was lucky.

 

Yeah I guess I was lucky to, got my cross member pretty fast.
