Helm says LF RF RR LR, but it doesn't matter too much.
Push the pedal in slowly (not all the way), and bring it back up slowly.
Hit the calipers and bump on the lines with a rubber mallot or your boot or something, to dislodge air from the walls of the tubes etc.
Plan on doing it a few times if you have air already in the lines. If there's no air, don't worry about hitting stuff, it should go very easily with the bleeders.
Don't forget to keep the resevoir topped off, or you'll have a bad day.

As, Aleph said. I pump the pedal a few times than gradually depress it, but NOT all the way down. Make sure to keep topping off the resevoir. Be sure not to over torque the speed bleeders.

There's a neat little tool here at Acura that makes bleeding your brakes a breeze.
It's called a Vacula. Each tech has one, and since Acura says to do brake fluid change every 15k miles, they use 'em all day long in services.

Basically, you hook up compressed air to the top of it, and it has a container with a rubber tube coming off it. Open your bleeder, connect the tube and open the air valve on the Vacula. That's it. No pumping, no nothing. Just keep the master cylinder topped off. Takes about 10 minutes to do the whole system.
I checked with the tool guy and he said they are about $150.00 or so.
It would really be worth it if like 3 or 4 friends pitched in.

When I am not at the shop, I just have one person pump, and one person sit at each caliper. Rubber hose coming off the caliper directly into a can of brake fluid. That way, any air can escape and it won't suck in any more air because the hose is submerged in brake fluid.

get speedbleeders if you bleed your brakes often - they work great and only require 1 person.

For $30 (Western Auto) you can get a MityVac - it is a hand held pump that creates a vacuum and sucks the fluid through the system. Simple to do with just one person, no pumping the brakes, no air getting back in the system, just keep the master cylinder filled.
The MityVac is also used to test vacuum and pressure in other systems in your car, so it has more than one use - a bargain at twice the price.
