Default **UPDATED** b20 turbo puffing smoke now with comp#s

I have a stock b20 turboed via a greddy kit. Its intercooled, running a zdyne gold, walbro pump, and 440 injectors. I run it at 10 psi and barely ever go over 6k rpms.

However it has started smoking oil. It started only when i would shift, now its especially bad when i let off of teh pedal.

I yanked the plugs and took some photos, does it look like a ring/valve problem to you? Or did i fubar the turbo possibly?
(if the photos do not work, please let me know)

from left to right, 4 3 2 1

4 and 3

2 and 1

Close up of 2 and 1

Hard to tell by plugs alone. Do a compression test and tell us the results.

well it your Zdyne GOLD tunned?

I seem that your running a lot more richer than normal. Are you sure that it's a cloud of black smoke and not grayish/white?

Did you put too much oil in the motor, causing some oil to slip past the rings and enter the cc?

I would guess my tune for the zdyne is rather crude. I have never been able to find a reliable b20 tune. It has worked for a few months rather decently. I have built the tune off of a stock pr4 tune

Im confident that it is a blue smoke and it smells like oil. Im just wondering if its the turbo.

i would say an easy way to test if its the turbo could be to take off the downpipe and see if there is oil, or oil residue, thats what i had to do for mine

Did compression check and #1 and #3 = 185. #2 and #4 = 195. What does that tell me? Should i look into the turbo?

yeah i would, those are the exact signs i had, like i said take off the down pipe, you can tell FOR SURE that if there is oil in that area, it is definately your turbo
