what are you trying? to just separate it from the control arm? hit it with a hammer. iknow it sounds hackerish but it is the fastest and easiest thing to do. but replacing one? you need a ball joint / universal joint tool or be really good with an air hammer.

Mines is better..........
Got it at my local B&B auto parts store. Its called a pitman arm puller. Cost something like 10 bucks. Really nice and nifty to have and works like a charm.

all these fancy tools, he hee.....j.k......flat rate tech wont make any money using tools like that. he hee.....seriously a hammer will work fine.
