My 96 civic LX was really low on oil so i got some more but now my car won't start and it's sounds like it is out of gas. I wanna know if it's the fuel injector.

 

Give your car more gas. If you car will not start then check for spark. No spark then check if fuel is running through injectors.

To answer your question, no, it most likey is not your injectors, it is you, you need to add gas to your car, that is how a cars combustion engine burns...
