ECU chipping
Well Ive got a whole bunch of questions here, First off I have a 94 civic si with IHE.......Ive been thinking about getting my ecu chipped. Although im not sure that in this stage it will benifit me or not? Ive also heard alot of weird things can happen when you **** around with your ecu, horible gas milege, illegal emmsions etc.
Where can I get this done? How much will it cost? Where will there be gains? hp/torq?

in your case, you're better off staying stock. benefits can range from vtec/rev limit point changes to overall ignition/fuel map changes. yes downside of many not matched programs to the setup are the gas mileage and emission problems.

gains on mild programs are in about 1-5whp range. (XS engineering to name just one)
