Default HELP! Stripped Tensioner Bolt, Any Ideas???

Okay, I fu--ed up and partially stripped the tensioner bolt on my swap (b18c into 91 ex) with one of those damn husky brand sockets with the slightly rounded corners and can not get it tightened up enough...

any ideas? what about those alligator sockets or whatever they call them with the ball bearings or whatever for grip on the bolt?

how bad is it to replace the tensioner bolt with the motor in and NO room on the crank pulley/driver side??

thanks, all

relax man, not the end of the world. first of all, you are not going to want to use that tensioner bolt, the last thing you need is for that thing to come loose while your driving, if that happens be prepared to kiss your motor goodbye, or at the very least replace all of the valves in the head. all you need to do is undo the mount on the driver's side and this will lower the motor to the point where you can get at it in through the wheel well.
