can a prelude engine head fits into d16y7 or d16y8? just the head exchange...

is this possible? if so what is the difference other than a stock d16y7 or 8..thankx ...

Bore spacing and head bolt pattern totally different. Exchanging between engine series really does not work other than minor or bolt on parts. Distirbutor, pulleys, not major castings.
