I heard most aren't legal for racing, as far as where to get one, the usual JDM distributer sites are probably the best source. Good luck if you choose to persue this, because you'll need it as rare as older stuff like that is.
If you want a decent alternative look into an Autopower bar, they're pretty nice and safer than a cage for street use (assuming thats what its for)

They're not. Also, most are designed for LHD cars and they're hinged all over the place. Plus, they have curved a-pillar bars
