hey guys! Quick question!
Hey wassup! Just wondering if this application works. I have a 2001 2dr gsr.
I ordered an apex'i n1 catback.
the company sent me one thats a honda integra 98 spec. Does that fit? Cause i was pretty sure the 98-99 gsr's are different from the 00-01's. Anyways. please respond. THX!

yep...different lengths for the header. send it back and get the right one.

You would get it cut at a muffler shop.
What hes asking is, he was sent one from Japan for a "98Spec" Integra...will this be the same as a 98Spec in US, because he knows the 94-99's are different.
Your answer is, it depends. Im not sure how they label them there, but if "98Spec" means 98 Spec ITR, then you will be fine. If it means regular, NonVTEC 98Spec Integras, then you will be fine. If its for a 98Spec "GSR" (SiR whatever) then thats where the question comes in....what years were the exhaust different, if any, in Japan, and how does that correspond to the USDM 94-99, 00-01 distinction. Does anyone have an exhaust off of a JDM Integra that knows for sure how it fit on theirs?
That should help you get some clearer answers.

Just like newgsrdriver said. You can just take out the stock b-pipe and compare it to the new one. If it's longer than just cut and weld it.
Hey thx alot guys! I just put on the axle back for now and when i was doing it i lined up the cat-back underneath the car to see if it really is longer, it actually lines up to be exactly the same. weird huh? I just notice the box even says honda integra 98spec b18c1! I was almost positive it wasn't gonna fit. But when i lined it up underneath it lined up exactly where the stock one sits. YAA no cutting and welding. Got a lil worried there. I guess the jdm 98 matches the 01 usdm. Thx for all the info guys!
