First of all, stop typing in Caps. It's really freaking annoying!
Anyways, if your car was really running on 3 cylinders it would run like ****, and you would definitely have noticed before. Blue smoke denotes oil burning. Try doing a compression test. It could be a blown head gasket, bad piston rings, leaking valves, etc. Does it smoke at idle or under acceleration? Once you've done that and if it turns out to be ok, try doing a leakdown test (at a shop)... this will give you a more accurate diagnosis of your engine's internals.
EDIT: It could also be something as simple as a blocked PCV valve, which could cause oil burning.
