What did you replace it with? Another d16? I'm looking for one and was wondering if you indeed got another d16, if you could pass along any information to help me find one also..

By the way, crxfanatic...I just completed a ZC tranny with ZC 1,2,3,4, Si 5, Si final drive and differential and Phanotm Grip LSD.

Mine was an 8k rpm burnout at the streetraces that ate the timing belt, broke 2 valves, bent a rod and you see the piston 
Here's the funny part, the exhaust valve head went up the intake port and fell back into the motor, wedging itself behind the other not broken intake valve... It took up almsot 2 hours of teardown to find that sucker! The intake valve head was literally WELDED into the piston top... in about the same position in the pic.
Sounded like shaking a coffeecan full of nails when it happened....
