ok guys i need your help my bro has a 90 civic 4dr...well the car was working fine but one day it just quit. When you go to start it doesnt turn over.. it sounds like its just gonna turn over but it doenst..now on the positive terminal of the batter there is 2 fuses...and there is 2 wires that run into it a white with green stripe and i forget what color the other one is..well anyways were that plugs into that little fuse box it looks really shitty and corroded. and it donesnt look good...i followed them and they run right into the main harness...could this be my problem? or i was also thinking that it was maybe the altenator...suggestions? thank you

* we have also tried to jump it but it wont start
*Battery is good

 

do u have a spark? do your lights turn on ? and chek fuses to see if any are blown also is there any codes being thrown

 

how do i check for spark...i havetn been able to go out and check code yet its been raining

EDIT - car istn throwing any codes

two stupid ef tricks.
1. open gas cap to vent tank. vaperlock sucks.
2. disconnect fuel injector plugs, then re-plug in. they loose there ground.
if not, check for spark, fuel, ect...

haha yeah i ran out side popped the gas tank....and PSSSSSSSSSH and then i went and started it ...and she turned right over... i would have never guessed that to be the problem
