Default Which tranny would be better for me ?

I apologize if this has been a too often post, but i really need help. I always make bad choices

well i basically have all my parts to do my auto to manual conversion:
I just need the tranny,

I am debaiting with these 2

GSR tranny, with centerforce stage II clutch and a quife LSD, and ATS Final drive

or a JDM ITR tranny, with centerforce clutch ?

which would be the "best" for me ? if none of these are good what would be ?
I made these choices by reading alot of the post i've seen.

I do mostly street driving, very little fwy. and seldom track times, but thinking of doing a lil SCCA for fun.
