I have 16" rota slips and I don't use them. No problems so far.

i have em on my 16" slipstreams. they came free from rota with lug nuts too. before i installed the hub rings, i held the rim up to the hub and noticed a big gap between the hub and the inside of the rim. u need em.

they have those rings bcuz different cars have different hub sizes..nissan sentra have a biger hub size then integras but same size bolt paterns..

you don't need them. Mine came with those, but I lost them when my wheels were off and it's fine without them.
