All Motor LS vs. LS/Vtec
Well I have an LS in my CX, and I'm curious as to how to go about my all-motor project. I hope to one day achieve 200 whp or more. The reason i'm questioning the LS/Vtec is the reliability issues (even though I have an expert builder to build it). Your suggestions? Thanks alot.
Your CX is ugly and slow. Your ugly and slow. Your new headlights are ugly and slow. Your Tein SS's are ugly and slow. LOL JK man.
Jin thinks you should just let Pat or that other guy we met at the BBQ do the LS/VTEC swap. I know you don't wanna be left behind when we cruise, so just jump on the bandwagon and get the lsvtec...
If your really worrying about the LSVTEC leakage issues, go all motor with the LS. Who needs VTEC when your reving to 14K

alright Potsi, why don't you get some Momo Seats, steering wheel, pedals and *****, so stupid little kids on bikes can check out your car in the parking lot. By the way, I have 2 bottles of Naws under my passenger seat, 150 shots, and my motor is made out of metal...
Any slightly mechanically inclined person can put together an LSVTEC that won't leak. They are as reliable as a stock motor.
But an all motor LS would be NASTY! You could really **** some people off on the street. The LS has WAY more potential than most people think.

are you joking? what makes you think the LS isn't fast, because it doesn't have vtec? all vtec is, is an alternate, larger cam profile that engages at a givin RPM so put in a cam that has the same or larger profile then a vtec motor and now its like driving in vtec all the time, problem solved, a well built LS can be just as good if not better then say a GSR or ITR motor
