Will this tire pass the tech inspection at an SCCA Solo 2 event?
Below is a picture of the tread on one of my tires. As you can see, it has a few missing chunks of rubber on the outer areas of the tire. Would this tire pass the tech inspection at an SCCA Solo 2 event in Southern California? I want to autocross on my current set of tires before I replace them, but I don't want to drive all the way to an event only to find out that I would fail the tech inspection.

Hmm...works now. Looks like the server was down.

Long as there is no cord showing or obvious sign or belt seperation then it looks like you are good to go.
What's the inside of the tire look like? You might consider having the tires remounted so that's on the inside.
Just a thought.

Actually, you're right. Still, looks like it handles autocrossing about as well as my RE730s did (or didn't , depending on your point of view.) They were fine for track use, but just didn't seem to like being tossed around with a 3000 lb. VW on top of them.
