Default DOHC ZC swap, car won't start

car wont crank over. here's what we've done so far:

1. dx to zc wiring, ecu throws one code: 10 ( air intake sensor)
2. grounded the thermostat ground, it wasn't grounded before
3. check spark, firing order, and distributor, even battery- seems all good
one problem: fuel is leaking out of the canister by the firewall- any ideas to stop this?

any other problems we might be missing.

fix teh fuel leak ASAP- that could prove to be dangerous. Did you make sure that the injector's are firing & getting the correct voltage/ohms? Are you 110% sure on teh dizzy & harness wiring? is the starter trying to work? Is the fuel pump coming on? (I'm assuming that the fuel pump works though b/c of teh leaky line). I dunno, just make sure to quadruple check everything.

Either tighten down the fuel line hoses more, or get some new copper washers..is the bleeder screw tightened down?

What exactly is happening?

does the motor turn and just not start up.. or is it not even chugging around?

Same thing happened to me. It turned out my plugs were in the wrong spot. There are like 3 clips that are all the same so make sure you are plugging in the right one.

Also make sure all your grounds are hooked up, such as the thermostat ground.

new problem. car has been running for the last couple of days but, today when i go to try and start the car, nothing happens. it doesn't even attempt to crank.

battery, i think is still good, b/c the headlights, radio turn on.

i haven't done anything to the car for it not to start since i last drove it.

Jump it..

I have had a car not start because of battery issues and still be able to turn the headlights on..

Once you get it started try pulling off the neg. battery lead while the car is running to see if the alternator is working or not..
