can anyone help with what tools are needed, time, how easy it is, etc...

I can get my hands on a helms manual, but I don't know how involved it will be...

you'll need a feeler guage, screw driver, & 10mm wrench. If you've never done it before do not attempt it w/o someone showing you how to do it correctly. Haven't done it on the ITR yet, but I did it so often on my last civic that I was able do it in about 45 minutes.

oh jeah, if anything err on the side of l00seness b/c a adjusting it t00 tight will burn the valves...defintely *NOT* a g00d thang

yoshi - who hopes it takes less than an 1hr on the ITR

I'll help you out with that, i've done it before and I have the tool to do it. We'll do it when we fix the bolt on your valve cover.

Helms is still out of Integra shop manuals, so I ask: What is the specs for the intake and exhaust? Anyways, about this looseness thing, if for instance the spec is 0.006-0.007 inches, are you saying set it closer to 0.007?
