The most common method is to drain and remove the pump and all lines, then attach a loop and reservoir/breather to the rack. You'll need the reservoir, fittings, lines, and hardware to accomplish this.

If you are interested, I am offering a complete bolt-on kit for this purpose. Here is a link to information on the kits.
