Default Hondata or unichip?

What would be best to tune my turbo setup? talking about $/performance

Here in venezuela the only Engine managemente available is Unichip(dont know if it exists in US, produced by dastek) it costs $500 dyno tuning inlcluded, the other option would be buying a hondata (dont know which model though) and bringin it over here, its a about $60 shipping and every hour of dyno tuning cost $70...

I have no idea about the price of a hondata, help me out, which do you think more convinient?

Thanx

I would get something that is supported in your area (inless you are good at tuning)...I had a choice between Hondata and PFC, and choice PFC because more people know about it here.

do u have hondata tuners over there???
unichips are quite big here in australia simple because there are many distributors and are relatively easy to install. they give good gains and to be honest, do just about the same job that a hondata does. the unichip is a piggyback item though!
u need to be specific to what car /engine and FI or not...

we have only one shop that does tuning here, they do both hondata and unichip, but they have far more experience with unichip, being official importers also. Hondata would be brought by me, and tuned by them, they say the can do it, but i have only seen one hondata tuned car here, and it was done by the owner, so i have my doubts about taking a risk that involves so much $...

I think im going to go with unichip...
