depends on the money and the psi u wnat to run on a motor. this guy i know has a ls/vtec fully built and turbo at 20 psi and he has 420 hp and 400 lbs torgue

This is stupid. It matters a great deal if you are looking into forced induction or natural aspiration. Last time I checked, a car with 12:1 compression doesn't like boost.

You could make 900HP if you wanted. Question is, do you want to drive this on the street? Where do you want the power to be? Is this a daily driver? How much money do you want to spend? How long do you want this engine to last? Are you planning on upgrading the brakes and suspension to make use of the power? Do you have the knowledge to do this yourself or are you going to "trust" a shop? What kind of gas octanes can you get/afford?

Give us something to go off of if you want help. "How much power can I make" won't cut it, homesnake.

Well he already limited himself, He said what is LEGAL, so if he means smog legal then , boosted and crazy internal motor upgrades are out of the question
