Default Crower for my B18 Engine

I have a B18 LS Engine and I was thinking of buying a Stroker Kit for the engine... I am wondering if I will need anything other than the kit or not. I don't know much about engines, but I want to make the car as good and fast as I can before I buy that turbo...
