ZC Transmission Question
I am going to have my ZC transmission rebuilt and would like to know what the correct syncros, bearings and seals are. Are these just for an L3 (88-91) transmission? Any help would be much appriciated.
Thanks

I did a little search around the internet and found DMoore's page and it says the the gear ratios are different for the ZC and SI transmission.

Just want to make sure that the SI(L3) syncros, bearing, and seals will work
Thanks

I am 100% certain that the synch rings (the gold ones) are the same ones used in a ZC tranny. There is a minor difference on the ZC, the original synch rings have three teeth missing on them evenly spaced around the circle where the US si/dx rings do not, but you will be able to use with without modification or problems. The bearings are the same. The seals will be dependent on what axles and differential you are going to run.
