Default Needs more duct tape and zip ties

I thought I had enough on there to keep the car from falling apart (again...), but I was wrong. Yesterday at a seriously bumpy auto-x, one of those rubber gasket thingies fell off from the top driver's side engine mount. Do I even need this? Do you even know what I'm referring to?

ttt, need a positive answer on this one. Re: putting it back on. It looks like part of it was torn, so the gap which allows you to slide it on is larger than it should be. Which also means removal is easier, and hence it's bouncing off during the rough part of the course yesterday.

I'm really not sure what purpose it serves.
