I have my 2K GSR 4 door for about 3-4 days now and I hear a metallic noise when the AC is on. It comes and goes. I am bone stock.
It could be air blowing thru the vents, but seems more metallic and when I turn the fan off, it stops.
Could it be the AC compressor or something similar like the fan? Please advise...
Thanks!

Either the compressor clutch is going bad...
or
Your compressor belt is going bad OR loose.
When the belt is loose, it sounds like a metallic scream... but usually stops relatively quickly.

It has to be the compressor clutch then. Its not the loose belt squealing, thats for sure.
Also, I heard the blower fan has a clutch or some weights and if they are unbalanced it can make some noice, is this true?
