Default Help! Pressure build-up in f22 head??

Here's the situation, when the heatwave first hit about 2 weeks ago my car started running hot to the point I had turn on the heat full blast to cool it off. I found out that it was a bad thermostat and swapped it out, it ran fine afterwards. That same week after the thermostat swap I noticed some antifreeze in the engine bay but couldn't see where the hell it came from. Last friday my car started running really terrible, from take off it would put-put and higher up in the revs it would sound like it's getting too much gas and bogging out. That same day my radiator kicked the bucket (I just bought it and installed it about six months ago and it was all metal) with a huge crack between the core and top. After I swapped out the radiator I had my mechanic friend look at it because I thought it was the timing. He pulled the PCV valve and there was a loud hiss as if there was an air pump under there. He told me there was a lot of pressure being built up in my head which may be why it's running f@#$ed up. The same happened when he pulled the oil dip-stick and it's shooting out of the breather hole as well. My question is what in the hell could be causing this?

Oh yeah forgot to mention:
Vafc, AEM: Cam gear, CAI, FPR & rail, DC headers, Hi flow cat, Greddy cat back.

maybe you just need a new pcv valve.

And I forgot to mention now it's smoking like crazy off and on. Bottom end it puts like a lawn-mower. Anybody know what the hell is going on?

No not at all. And my friend told me to check the oil to see if antifreeze had mixed in and it had not. I guess He wanted to rule out a blown head gasket.

on the underside of the hood, I think there is a PCV flow diagram, there is definately one in the Helms. check it out cause your problem is in there somewhere. I'd just go ahead and spend the $3 on a new PCV valve and start with that.

I guess if you had a valve that didn't seat, and a badly worn valve guide, you could start pushing combustion pressure back up into the head......maybe.....

I was thinking that but I have never pulled off my valve cover or anything of the sort. How do I check to see if it's the valve guide should I decide to pull the cover off? What do I look for?

You don't have to pull the valve cover. do a compression and a leakdown test
