Clutch Noise

I have a '95 Lx and when i clutch out sometimes its makes a kinda of metal on metal noise...its not a grinding sound but more of a squeling type of sound. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix? Thanks

yank out the tranny and change the throw out bearing ... kinda sucks for a 10 dollar part you gotta pull the tranny but if you want it fixed thats what you gotta do
